organise me. ("we", "us") provides a personal organisation app. This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email address), content you create in the app (notes, lists, events, photos, voice memos, attachments), preferences and settings, approximate location if you enable weather and timezone features, and basic technical/usage data such as device type and error logs.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, sync your content across your devices, generate your morning brief and AI suggestions, process payments, and to respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments and related billing data; our cloud hosting and database provider; AI providers that process your prompts to generate responses; and any calendar or email service you personally choose to connect. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on your device and, where you enable it, in our secure cloud database. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from You → Privacy & data, or by emailing us. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent.
