These terms apply to your use of organise me., a personal organisation app. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details secure and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not use organise me. for unlawful purposes, to store or distribute illegal content, to attempt to breach our security, to resell access, or to interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Your content
You own everything you create in organise me. You grant us only the licence needed to store, sync and display it back to you, and to process it through AI features you use.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
